Built on a simple conviction.
YOF Contracting Group was founded in Riyadh on a conviction that the fit-out industry too often forgets: a client should never have to manage their own contractor. When design, engineering, procurement and execution sit with separate parties, quality slips through the gaps between them — and the client pays for it in delays, variations and compromise.
We built YOF to close those gaps. Today, we operate as a full design-and-build group delivering offices, commercial interiors, smart building systems and facility management across the Kingdom — one contract, one team, one standard.
