Multi Floor Facilities Rehabilitation

General Court of Audit

We delivered a multi-phase rehabilitation programme across the headquarters of the General Court of Audit, combining large-scale facilities upgrades with a full executive-floor refurbishment.

Restroom facilities were renovated across 13 floors, alongside a complete refit of the 15th-floor office area.

Civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical works progressed in parallel while the building remained fully operational — disciplined phasing kept disruption to a minimum. Modern plumbing, energy-efficient lighting, refined finishes, and privacy-led design standards were applied throughout, delivering measurable gains in comfort and workplace quality for the Court’s employees.
